i had blood infection from sinuses, all cleared. will i get this again the next time i get a bad cold and it goes to my sinuses?

No way to know.: Unless there was a specific reason the infection spread to your blood, (like using home remedies that can introduce germs like Netti pots, sores in your nose or skin, or you have a disease that affects your immune system, poor nutrition, drug or alcohol abuse) & those same conditions exist the next time you get a sinus infection, then there is no reason to expect it to happen again, except Luck!
