i've had a cough and cold 3 weeks i now have a pain that comes and goes in right side of my chest sometimes when i breath in or when i lift arm?

Time to see a doc: No way around it. The Internet is a great resource but it can't replace a physical exam and medical history performed by a well trained doctor. My advice is to see a family physician as soon as you can. If there is shortness of breath or coughing up if bright red blood see a doctor in an emergency setting.
