i'm pregnant. i have been throwing up. is pedialyte safe to have?

Yes.: also semi-flat ginger ale. Both are water, flavor, and some electrolytes. Pedialyte better for electrolytes and dehydration, ginger ale better for damping nausea and (if it has phosphorus like coke does) better for overcoming starvation (not applicable). IN EITHER CASE, small amounts slowly and if you can't keep anything down it's an emergency.
