My throat has been getting extremely dry and my nose is congested and keeps leaking into my throat.when i spit out mucus theres blood.whats happening?

Dryness: Greetings. All your symptoms MAY be related to airway dryness. If you have little water intake, the mucus in the nose and saliva production decreases. Nose or airway bleeding is more frequent. Sleep with a humidifier and drink more water. Nasal saline mist is also helpful. See your doctor for confirmation.
