UuuMM: Well nutrition should not just address your sugar intake. There are other things to look at as well for a balanced and healthy nutrition. health.gov/dietaryguidelines/ is a link you can go to that will assist you. No back to your question,sugar of 100gms and less should be okay. but add proteins,vegetables
