When laying down i get tension headaches, stuffy nose, facial, eye aches. sometimes neck aches. it lessens after i get up. but always there.

The headaches: you describe may be due to a SINUS problem. Lying down decreases the emptying of fluid filled sinuses due to seasonal allergies! This is "that time of year"!!
Try an OTC anti-histamine/anti congestion medication . Nasal spray (with OTC cortisone like medication) is also worth a trial!
