Heart problem: Heart murmurs can be benign or a sign of a structural problem of the heart. I don't know if you had a cardiology evaluation as a child, but you should definitely get one now as your symptoms sound more concerning. Please see your doctor.

Could be many things: If I listen to a kid often enough I will hear an innocent murmur in all of them. The bad ones get sorted out by specialists in the early years so this is likely unrelated. At a listed age of 19, such symptoms are less likely heart than other systems but finding out why requires you schedule a good checkup.Write down all you remember of how this started/travel/past illness so you don't forget.Do it
