i've been told i've schizophrenia because i hear voices and imagine people i really need to know what to do i am getting tired of it, please help me?

Schizophrenia: Were you diagnosed with Schizophrenia by a psychiatrist? If not -would recommend a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. There are many good antipsychotic medications that can be used to treat you. Don't lose hope.

I would encourage you to speak to a mental health professional like a psychiatrist- there are a number of excellent and very effective treatments for the types of symptoms you are describing which can help you function very well in the community.
