my 12 yr old daughter developed this purple bruising rash on hand, and torso, doesn't itch, not raised, no fever. ?

Mgt: She may have developed a low platelet count and/or have an infection associated. I would recommend seeing a physician and asking about Idiopathic thrombo cytopenia during the visit.
