Yes, late stages: Liver dysfunction in advance stages can cause your eyes to turn yellow, skin to change hue and be associated with significant itching. See your primary care physician to get some preliminary test and exams to assess the reason behind your skin condition. It may not be due to a liver cause. Regards Dr M
