at what time should i sleep? is there any recommended time of the night or should i just get minimum of 8 hours?

At least 8 hrs sleep: Timing becomes important to remain in line with the rest of the world. So you can make to and keep your appointments and meet deadlines. Sleeping at a stretch for 8 to 9 hrs at your age is more important. So keep a strict sleep/wake schedule and stick to it.
