i would like to know what normal t4free levels are. my last test showed mine 0.96. is this normal?

Could be low end: normal but it depends on what your TSH level is as well as your total T3 (liothyronine). The two most common thyroid tests usually done together are TSH and free T4, or fT4. Most thyroid examination includes these 2 tests at minimum, and they are interpreted together. What is your TSH?
