IC: 24y female has frequency of urination, fatigue and hunger. Certainly diabetes & infections have been ruled out. The medication might explain the fatigue. If nothing can be discovered, then Interstitial Cystitis, IC, is a consideration; as is Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, which is associated with IC. See comments:
