eye floaters for years eyes feel heavy on and of all day they hurt to touch some times during the day could this be eye tumours ?

Not likely: Floaters are a common issue. If there is a sudden change in the number of size of floaters, do consult an eye doctor. The symptoms are not suggestive of a tumor.
