Hi, i have a bad headache and i am on zoloft (sertraline) so i cant take any triptans, ibuprofen does not help, any other otc drugs i can take?

See your PCP: Self-treating with OTC meds like Excedrin Migraine, Advil or Tylenol (acetaminophen) may do the trick for infrequent or moderate headache, but for others, it can actually make it worse. See your PCP for headache diagnosis and proper treatment.
