Spur?: Not sure if that's the word you were looking for...You can have spurring of bone on the bottom or back of the heel bone.

What is more common is the lack of "sacralization" or connection of a sacral vertebra that looks like an extra lumbar vertebrae. You can also have accessory, or one extra rib on each side in your low cervical spine.
