a few days ago after shower, felt like water was clogging my right ear.now decreased hearing in right ear and loud ringing. should i be worried?

No: Water in ear canal should eventually dry out and your hearing should return to normal. However, if this doesn't happen and/or ear becomes painful, prolonged exposure to water can increase risk for outer ear infection or swimmer's ear (http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/swimmers-ear/basics/definition/con-20014723), so go see your Family Doc or ENT for evaluation if symptoms persist.
