Many things: Male with chest & back pain + sweats & nauseousness has several tissues and organs involved. An exam & blood tests advised. If nothing specific found consider pelvic sacroiliac joint disorder with dysfunctional bladder due to pre sacral plexus irritation of bladder nerves. Fibromyalgia symptoms include those symptoms reported here. See comments:

Interstitial Cystitis, IC, symptoms of frequency & urgency are common symptoms of Fibromyalgia; wherein pelvic girdle sacroiliac joint subluxation impinges overlying presacral neural plexus/parasympathetic nerves responsible for urinary bladder smooth muscle contraction & bladder evacuation. Rational therapy of IC includes pelvic girdle stabilization via Prolotherapy/fusion.

Largest joints in axial spine are sacroiliac joints, SIJ, & responsible for up to 30% of chronic low back pain per med lit. Lumbar nerve roots that conjoin to make sciatic nerve lie over ventral sulcus of SIJ. SIJ hypermobility can tug on these nerves, stimulate them & thereby arouse pain. See Osteopath.

As result of my study of IBS-d in young male extreme sports enthusiasts, my theory is that low back/ pelvis presacral neural plexus impingement, within region of the ventral sacroiliac joint sulcus, causes lower intestinal dysautonomia & symptoms of IBS-d; as colonic peristalsis becomes hyperdynamic.
