Could be. : The lesions of scabies are small, intensely itchy and can appear to look like tiny tennis rackets.

Maybe not: As with any rash, a good exam by your MD will be the most helpful in figuring out what this is. By your description of a colorless bump doesn't sound like a typical scabies rash. Hope this article helps answer more of your concerns:
