using of bike helmet had caused an infection on one of my ear its red and itches and i always feel warm from inside what sort of remedies u suggest me?

Throw the helmet: first thing you need to do, is to throw away the helmet. Second clean your ear with peroxide and apply topical antibiotic. Apply heat on and off on your ear. Not better see your doctor.

The helmet is improperly fitted if it is rubbing your ears. The straps should be adjusted on your new helmet to go around the ears on either side and snap under the chin while keeping the helmet level across your forehead.
