Yes: Yes you can get kidney failure from not drinking for a longtime. But right now I think you are just dehydrated. there is no way for me to ask you why you have not had water in 2 days but if you have decided not to,it is not a good idea and I hope you are taking other liquids. If you are not, and you just don,t feel like,get evaluated. Keep hydrated.
