Yes and Yes to both: What is called a "heterotopic pregnancy" is possible but quite rare. If the ectopic pregnancy is surgically removed or is spontaneously "lost", the "pregnancy inside the womb" may some times continue relatively normally.
The probability of having a "healthy baby after ectopic oper" will depend in part on the type of operation performed and on the health of the tubes and ovaries.
