my 11yr old, just finished her period 2 days ago. she has bad low back pain. the pain is very low & into buttocks on both sides. 400 mg motrin no help?

Lower backache.: You can try aleve (naproxen) 220 mg , lf that does not help she shoud see her pediatrician, usually the 1st few cycles are non ovulatory & painless, that is why she should be checked. I hope she feels better soon. Good luck.
