It's impossible to..: ...live without consuming "sugar" or food that can be converted to sugar (specifically glucose). All carbs (vegetable, dairy, fruit) are broken down to sugar for use as energy. Protein can be as well. You see a pattern between "sugar" and the health of your skin. I see only a skin problem that's out of control. Please see a doctor to find out the cause & get treatment.
