See a dentist/brush: The only way to effectively deal with tooth decay is to have a dentist remove it and professionally restore your teeth. Have that dentist professionally clean your teeth and than it becomes your responsibility to brush 3 times a day, floss 1 time daily, rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash once daily and see your dentist twice a year. Fixing teeth is not a "do it yourself" project. Good luck!

Tooth decay: First go see your dentist and get your teeth cleaned and get a fluoride coating put on. Brush your teeth and floss regularly. Avoid candy. Remember the teeth your have now need to last you your lifetime. You done want to end up putting your teeth in a class by the bed at night. Take care of them so you will keep them. Cleaning by your dentist office every 6 months is the recommendation.
