Can stress from a job, etc affect me more because i have lupus even when my lupus is doing great? i'm so drained & foggy lately & don't' know why.

Yes you are at risk: stress harms us all. And more if your immune system is already weakened. Ask your rheumatologist to examine you for fibromyalgia. There is a high cross over rate with lupus.

Yes, stress: may affect you differently because you have lupus. Stress is a major debilitator. Stress can cause anything and everything,and tends to cause a person to have more problems with anything for which they are predisposed. Emotional or physical stress can precipitate a flare up of lupus, and can make symptoms worse. Consider doing a google search on stress and lupus to learn more.
