I'm experiencing constipation, twitching of muscle in stomach, and blood in stool. i've tried stool softeners, fiber without any relief suggestions?

Need more fibers.: Blood in the stool is of concern. If it is bright red then it is probably because of your hard stool irritating the lower part of colon or hemorrhoids. However if the stool color is brown or black you need to go and see a doctor right away. For constipation take a lot more fiber like vegetables, salad, and fruits. You can also try an over the counter medicine like Colace (docusate sodium) or it's generic brand.
