Hi I'm a 36 yr old female And for the last month I've been having neck pain and both sides of my neck feel so tight and they hurt not real bad but it's very uncomfortable and sometimes my face and mouth go numb, also sometimes I have nausea and vomiting,

Ans: You need to have an examination and give a good history. Did you have any trauma? Does anything relieve the pain? How are you sleeping? What kind of work do you do? Go see your doctor
