Penis and Prostate: Wow. This is frustrating for you I am sure. I wish you were here so i can go over all of this one problem at a time. I worried you have a prostate infection extending into the bladder. The back pain is usually a sign that you need appropriate antibiotics. Rash is often fungal or "jock itch". But, staph infections can also infect this area when there is sores. I always worry about syphilis...
