I'm not sure : Plantar warts can spread. Not sure anyone has conducted such an experiment before with socks in a communal bathroom.

Worry Wart.: Not as well as the ones that are necessarily thick. Don't worry yourself as to whether or not a certain activity will enable warts to spread. Do your best to protect yourself by using common sense. Even then, your best may not be good enough.

Warts: Plantar Warts are viruses that can get transferred from someone with infected hands. Wear flip flops in the gym's shower and don't walk barefooted.
