Lose Weight: You can lose 7 in two weeks if you stop 2 of the bad foods/drinks you might be eating, here is the list: 1. Any drink with sugar-juice, soda, gatorade 2. Fast foods--mcd, bk et 3. Fried foods e 4. Skipping meals 5. Bad breakfasts 6 bad snacks- chips, cookies, candy 7. Large portions at dinner these are in order, so just pick the top 2 that apply to u and make better choices, & keep up the exercisin.
