i hurt my big toe by kicking a wall, foot feels numb and stiff and when i move my foot my toes feel like dead weight?

Toe pain: It sounds as if you may have damaged some of the ligaments or bones in your foot. It is hard to say exactly what is injured without being able to see in person.

The ligamentous damage may have also affected the nerves.
