Most likely not: Getting dust in the eye may cause some irritation with redness, watering or pain which resolves in a few days unless debris remains in the eye to cause inflammation or infection. Anisocoria is usually an accidental benign finding and depending on its appearance, may need some work up to determine its etiology. Good luck☺️
