Cannot say: I cannot say if you have Bipolar based on that little information. I recommend you see a psychiatrist for an evaluation.

Start with doctor: You need a psychiatric evaluation, which includes a complete medical history, to diagnose bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder can range from milder hypomanic states to more severe mania. You can start by seeing your pcp for exam and evaluation to rule out medical causes for depression and mood changes. Hope this helps.

MAJOR DEPRESSION: It is vital to determine the type of depression for appropriate treatment. First have a physical exam by a Dr. to rule out a physical problem. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you change & cope better with ZOOM.com sessions + telemedicine eval by a Psychiatrist. There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe, cautious & hopeful.
