Allograft: You can receive what they call an allograft achilles' tendon from a cadaver. I have only done two of these such type procedures and are very prone to rejection.

Yes: Carson palmer (nfl quarterback) received an achilles tendon graft from a woman who passed away from a stroke for his acl reconstruction. It can be transplanted to different locations in the body when the appropriate situation is present.

Achilles transplant: It can be repaired and grafts to reinforce. Not really sure what you mean by transplant.
