This may not be rel-: -ated 2 your back surgery but may be coccyx in origin. Your "tail bone" needs to be evaluated. You can start with your PCP an X ray and a rectal exam will or could give you your answer. Symptoms are pain with bowel movements, sitting on hard surfaces, & even soft if for a long time. When you get out of a soft chair your pain will be worse.
