Prescription change: Your spectacle prescription can change normally with aging, & over 3 years with a 1.25 diopter change is not really unusual. Of course it should be verified to be working well for improving your vision. Sometimes a prescription is made too strong. If you have other systemic symptoms, such as excessive thirst, hunger, urination, weight loss, low energy, a primary care doc can run some tests 4 DM.
