May be an infection: It isn't likely that a tubal ligation done 3 years ago has anything to do with heavy bleeding 5 times in one month. This could have many causes including infection and you need to be evaluated immediately to determine and treat the cause before you become dangerously anemic. See your PCP, GYN, an urgent care clinic or the ER today. Hope you feel better fast.
