Delayed puberty : The avarage age of puberty for girls is about 12.5 years, she u s still ok, so wait about 6 mos If no change she should be checked by her pediatrician, she will need a referal to endocrinologist. Good luck.

None ?: A girl should have nipple enlargement by 13 and menses by 15. If she has nipple growth but no menses she is within the normal range. If there is no obvious signs of puberty you need to get in now with her doc and begin the process of finding out why.
