If so, general steps: If localized, with no other enlarged nodes>careful ENT evaluation>if normal>biopsy of suspicious nodes. If generalized lymphadenopathy> Any symptoms?>Blood tests + Chest X-Ray> if no answer> biopsy of suspicious nodes.
