Probably not: It takes 4-6 weeks after birth for the cervix to close completely after giving birth. If lake water gets into the uterus she could develop a bad infection. Also, Most women have some bleeding for 4 weeks or so after giving birth. This could be embarrassing for her in a swim suit. Best wishes!
