Yeast? Psych?: Already answered once. As discussed there, for sure it isn't chlamydia. Probably no STD at all. If I correctly recall, in your other question you said you tested negative for WBC in your urethra or urine, so probably no infection. Possibly yeast, esp if uncircumcised. Often this problem is psychological. Almost certainly not serious; you should resume sex with your regular partner if you have one.
