Contact DDS: Possibly one of these teeth have abscessed -- may require root canal treatment. Contact your DDS or Endodontist.

Related?: The fever and ear pain may or may not be related to a dental problem. The only way to know is to discuss this with your own dentist who may refer you to your physician if he\she feels it's unrelated. This cannot be properly diagnosed over the internet. Call your dentist.

Unrelated, see GP: If an earache gets worse or does not improve in 24 to 48 hours, make an appointment to see your GP for evaluation and treatment.
