my hairs are getting very dull, dry , rough and thin. what should i do and use please help ?

Need work up: I would check lab tests to rule out anemia, thyroid disease and hormonal imbalance. Take biotin daily, eat protein at 1gm/1lb of bid weight per day. Wash with thickening shampoo such as Nioxin. Consider PRP if thinking.
