Large skin problem: If you have not gone to the doctor today you need to get there now...Or at the very least an urgent care center to see what this is all about. The rash with the lump makes me quite nervous for you.

You need eval now: I am not sure if they are correlated but the mass above your ear is massive. Get seen promptly.
