Fertility : In seeking fertility and pregnancy readiness, I recommend healthy diet, regular exercise, and daily prenatal vitamins. Emotional readiness is also important in pregnancy and when this topic comes up with my teen patients as yourself, I suggest waiting since pregnancy can be more physically, mentally, and emotionally tougher on teens.
