A 32-year-old female asked:

An old dental filling came off 7 months ago. I've since done nothing about it. Still no pain. Does it mean I can leave it like this?

Go to dentist: Leaving it as it is is not good option. Going to dentist is the first suggestion. No pain may or may not be alarming. but leaving the cavity unfilled or untreated is going to be alarming someday.
