what could cause inflammation in cecum and ileum not caused by crohns ulcerative colitis medication or infection?

Hmmm....: How do we know it is none of those? Biopsy would be the next step in determining a cause, but you must have had a biopsy to know that it was none of the above? I would suspect that this is Crohn's - maybe mild.
