Sperm: Try the coast reproductive male fertility blend.Also , if you see a reproductive speciialist, have your sperm ct checked. Sometimes low dose Clomid (clomiphene) or an aromatase inhibitor will help you also.You need to see a doctor for that.

Sperm count: You are presuming that your sperm count is low. If you are concerned about leakage of semen after having sex, you should know that you contribute semen while she contributes her own lubrication and secretions. Both cause a lot of fluid in the vagina that always leaks out. If your sperm count is normal, it won't make a difference. The best thing would be to get tested.
