A 18-year-old female asked:
is it better to unclog meibomian glands (no stye or chalazion) with dry or wet warm compresses?

Heat is key: See [email protected] for more details, but heat is key to naturally opening up meibomian gland: it can be wet or dry. Washing lids/lashes with hot water (without burning skin) is also important. Diluted tea tree oil also helps naturally clear lashes from bacteria & mites that can clog glands.
